Call for Applications for DBT BioCARe Programme for Women Researchers

Department of Biotechnology invites the applications under the BioCARe Programme for women researchers.
The objective of the programme is to enhance the participation of women researchers towards their career
development in the area of Biotechnology. The duration of the project will be up to 3 years
Eligibility Criteria
The fellowship is open to Indian Women Nationals upto the age of 55 years residing in India who are unemployed as on the closing date of the application. The fellowship is co-terminus with the duration of the project.
The application can be submitted under Category-I: Women researchers who have completed Ph.D. in any discipline of Biotechnology/Life Sciences or allied areas/interdisciplinary sciences/MD/MDS/ M.V.Sc. or Category-II: Women researchers who have completed M.Tech. in Biotechnology or in allied areas/M.Pharma/equivalent Degree holders. Candidates who are registered or enrolled in higher studies/Ph.D and/or receiving any fellowships are not eligible to apply.
