Purpose - To strengthen India–Netherlands collaboration on green hydrogen by supporting long‑term research visits of Indian researchers to the University of Groningen and the Hydrogen Valley ecosystem.
Area - Hydrogen production, storage and transport, fuel cells, life‑cycle and techno‑economic analysis, curriculum and testing facilities, and related hydrogen‑economy topics.
