PhD Scholars

The Programme is designed for International Students to conduct PhD in IIT Delhi. Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or Master's degree in Science/Humanities or equivalent discipline with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 6.00 on a 10-point scale or equivalent, as determined by IIT Delhi or 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/Semesters) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent discipline with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 7.00 on a 10-point scale or equivalent, as determined by IIT Delhi or 70% marks in aggregate (of all the years/Semesters).
