The Project involves utilization of the retinal OCT(optical coherence tomography) images and corresponding clinical data of the subject's for monitoring & detection of eye diseases. We are developing an image-level unsupervised learning based disease classification methodology for data collected from 306 patients, which will be further validated by the retinal specialists. We are collecting annotated retinal OCT images and corresponding clinical data. The Project's final goal is to develop a computer assisted diagnostic system for classification of retinal diseases.
