Turmeric processing faces major challenges in the boiling and drying stages, where outdated systems lead to high fuel consumption, poor heat transfer, and loss of curcumin. Drying methods, especially solar drying, often cause inconsistent results and degradation of bioactive compounds. This project aims to refine these processes by integrating IoT-enabled sensors for real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, and other key parameters. With improved control and automation, producers can enhance efficiency, preserve curcumin content, and reduce energy use. The proposed system strengthens product quality, supports sustainable processing, and boosts competitiveness in the growing global turmeric market.
