This project develops an assistive communication system tailored for individuals with speech and hearing impairments. It incorporates signal processing, speech-to-text and text-to-speech modules, and an intuitive user interface. The system enhances communication by converting impaired speech into clear output, supporting accessibility and improving user interaction in clinical and daily environments.
