The designed system will be functionally validated at schematic and chip layout levels on a face recognition task, and subsequently after the project we
aim to fabricate it on chip with support of possible industry partners. System proposed the idea of processing near the sensor by designing and implementing neural networks next to the CMOS image sensor hardware.
