Identification of non-invasive biomarkers for CAD. To achieve this goal, we have designed this study to identify putative miRNA backed up with the intra-coronary imaging data. This approach is helping us to understand the underlying molecular mechanism of plaque burden, composition and instability. Small RNA sequencing coupled with IVUS approach holds huge potential to unfold the correlation of miRNA and plaque components. To establish the sensitivity and specificity, putative miRNA’s will be validated.
