The project aims to develop low-cost, AI-enhanced, indigenous near-infrared (NIR) spectrometers for chemical and biochemical industries, using innovative optical designs and Edge AI algorithms. These spectrometers will support real-time, non-invasive monitoring, food authentication, and process control with spectral ranges extending up to 2600 nm.
