There are four modules proposed in this project: (1) develop a drone prototype to locate fire victims for faster rescue, (2) create an integrated system for quantitative pipeline flaw assessment using RoV data, (3) design a power-line interface for transmission inspection robots, and (4) study autonomous vehicle ethics and establish a data-acquisition code of ethics.
