About

The project develops a hybrid underwater-terrestrial edge computing network (UT-ECN) assisted by autonomous WSVs, enabling underwater users to offload computational tasks via uplink NOMA. It analyzes ergodic sum rate and outage probability, optimizes task offloading with multi-agent DRL on collision-free WSV trajectories, and prototypes onboard controllers for information and control sharing.
