The project enhances traffic signal controllers to be autonomous-vehicle ready using a C-V2X hardware adapter. It includes developing an application to transmit SPaT messages, integrating the adapter with CDAC traffic controllers, supporting industrial partners in cockpit integration, and testing and validating signal phase and timing dissemination on digital cockpit units at TIHAN test track.
