1. Design a fast, scalable, and secure PUF-based UAV device authentication protocol that works under the restrictions imposed by the resource-constrained programmable data planes and UAVs (i.e., drones). 2. Implementation: Implement a working prototype of the proposed protocol on at least one of the three mentioned programmable data plane targets managed by an SDN controller. 3. Testing and evaluation: A short paper in A*/A rated venue. The paper covers theproblem statement, different design aspects of the system, and preliminary results. Evaluate the prototype in terms of scalability, security, packet-processing latency, and resource overhead. Finish implementation of the protocol on the left out targets.
