1. To develop an efficient method that improves the accuracy of the macroscopic traffic parameter acquired for the ITS applications specific to a video-based applications.
2. To deliver a solution based on interoperability across heterogenous technical platform of traffic parameter sources, This will ensure the improved precision of ITS service and interoperable system applications using traffic information from diverse data sources. As a result, an efficient method of managing day-to-day traffic is provided.
