It aims to develop a high-precision printing system integrated with electrical
characterization and advanced optical systems. The targeted printer can precisely print at sub- micron resolution on different planer substrate using various types of semi-conductive, insulative and conductive ink at room temperature. It will be able to fabricate different devices and sensors along with real time monitoring of process parameters during fabrication.
