This project proposes the creation of plant-derived nanoparticle-based food ink for diverse textures, tastes, and flavors. The objective includes 3D printing edible articles using nano-composite bio-ink, followed by comprehensive characterization of texture, taste, and color to advance innovation in food printing technology.
