The aim is to develop a prototype RADAR using photonic techniques using chirped waveforms with bandwidths
of >4 GHz and range resolution of sub-meter. This will be very useful for use in drones and for the
development of ultracompact high performance radar chips that can be implemented on wearable robotic
augmentation device for soldier support.
