to develop a deep learning-based digital twin of smart infrastructures; the idea is to use the digital twin as a decision-making tool and decide the heath of the infrastructure system and develop an optimal inspection plan that will minimize the life-cycle cost of the infrastructure system. The long-term goal is to develop a cyber-physical system for infrastructure inspection by integrating the developed digital twin with a UAV.
