The work is to demonstrate the benefits of function, hardware and integration optimization leading to cost reduction and reduced number of ECU through a lab level simulation without compromising the safety and security aspects. Furthermore, to bring out the market demand for DCU on Commercial Vehicle and demonstrate the same by doing a cost analysis of the optimized domain ECU versus current scenarios.
