Obtaining continuous-time dynamics to study convergence analysis for distributed constrained optimization problems when the graph topology is a general weight unbalanced strongly connected digraph. Further, we would like to extend this work when the objective and constraint functions are time-varying, non-smooth in nature. There's existing literature on obtaining continuous-time dynamics for unconstrained and constrained distributed optimization problems when the associated graph topology is undirected and connected graph or strongly connected weight balanced digraphs respectively.
