The objectives of the proposed research are as follows:
• Physio-chemical characterization of coal OB materials to ascertain the suitable stabilization method to achieve the desired mechanical properties.
• Evaluation of mechanical properties of stabilized coal OB materials to be used in structural layers of pavement. • Assessment of durability properties of stabilized coal OB materials.
• Performance assessment of a test section constructed with developed
stabilized coal OB material through sensors.
