The proposed research is a mix of two ideas of utilizing two wastes. First is to utilize the rice straw/stubble from being burnt and second is to utilize the solid digestate originating from compressed biogas plants. The purpose of the proposed research is to make a marketable product from rice straw and/or solid digestate from CBGP which may provide sufficient strength and may have some unique selling proposition (USP like pure natural binder less or water/fire resistant product) which makes it different from contemporary products.
