The aim of the project is to design and develop a comprehensive IOT based Hybrid system
which consists of distinct sensors; that determine the soil parameters like the measure of
moisture levels for smart irrigation, N, P, K estimations of fertilizers, detection of the crop
diseases, humidity and temperature of soil for best crop yield. This IOT based hybrid system
will reduce the input cost required to the fields by recommending to the farmer about the right
amount of water, fertilizer, pH value of soil and pesticides based on real-time data. The
acquired from distinct sensors will be fused by developing appropriate machine learning
algorithm for better utilization of resources.
