About

Endocrine disruptive compounds (EDCs), like 17β-estradiol, pose health risks in surface waters, causing endocrine dysfunction and cancer. A sensitive, cost-effective sensor is essential for detection. IGZO field-effect transistors, with functionalized back channels and SAMs, offer promise for enzyme-based detection, enabling reliable monitoring of EDC concentrations across physiological ranges.
