About

This project aims to develop a novel passive microfluidic device for efficient, small-sample WBC isolation using hydrodynamic methods. The device simplifies WBC analysis and enables disease diagnostics at point-of-care settings, such as assessing immunodeficiency disorders like Chronic Granulomatous Disease by detecting superoxide ions on an integrated on-chip platform.
