About

This project aims to develop an early-stage diagnostic biosensor for chronic diseases like CKD, CVDs, and T2DM using CRISPR technology. By targeting cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation, the biosensor will detect disease progression through genetic analysis. Utilizing Cas12a effectors, it will enable precise, low-cost detection of biomarkers, facilitating early intervention and improving disease management.
