This proposal aims to develop high Tc superconductor-based (HTS) SQUID sensors. Though this is already a very mature (and commercialized) area, developing these devices in India is very important. The proposal also aims to pursue magnonic-spintronic devices, a topic that is very much at the cutting edge of the field and addresses exciting issues such superfluid spin transport
