This project aims to develop a mobile application catering to job seekers and employers in Nagaland, with support for both English and Nagamese languages. By enabling employers to list job details, required skills, payment terms, and durations, the platform fosters comprehensive job matching. It further establishes trust by verifying the profiles of both job seekers and employers. Additionally, accessibility is extended to feature phone users through SMS, empowering them to specify skills and locations for job searches.
