This project aims to enable detailed profiles for both service providers and clients, facilitating efficient matchmaking based on skills, work history, and reviews. It will offer a multilingual interface in Khasi or English to accommodate diverse linguistic preferences. Through rigorous skill verification processes, the project ensures trust and qualification among service providers. Additionally, transparent pricing guidelines will be provided to minimize disputes and aid in determining fair rates, while incorporating a rating system, escrow payment, and dedicated customer support to enhance trust, security, and quality assurance throughout the platform.
