This project aims to collect diabetic patient data and retinal images in Aizawl and Lunglei, integrating existing data for comprehensive monitoring and research. It seeks to develop a specialized deep learning model for automated diabetic retinopathy (DR) detection, enhancing early diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, the project aims to conduct workshops for healthcare professionals to improve awareness and establish a sustainable, data-driven DR management framework in Mizoram, ensuring effective care for diabetic patients.
