This project aims to develop an Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system specifically for the Mao language. By transcribing Mao speech into English text, the system facilitates cross-linguistic communication. Through subsequent mapping of the English text to other languages, such as Hindi, speakers of different languages can understand Mao effectively. Ultimately, this endeavor seeks to bridge linguistic barriers and promote multilingual comprehension and communication.
