This project aims to optimize emergency medical rescue in Bastar, Chhattisgarh, by minimizing response time and total cost through strategic selection of TEU locations, UAV routes, and resource allocation. It will establish a temporary wireless network using UAVs for victim communication and propose an InsureTech solution for efficient claims processing. Integration of maximum area coverage and minimum battery consumption considerations will ensure effective resource allocation and post-disaster management.
