This project aims to utilize advanced technologies such as high-resolution satellite imaging, image processing algorithms, and GIS to comprehensively monitor and analyze the Barak River Basin. By integrating remote sensing, IoT sensors, and mobile applications, the project seeks to address various environmental and socio-economic challenges, including land use change, river course alterations, and agricultural development. Moreover, a key focus is on empowering marginalized communities, particularly the Scheduled Tribes, by facilitating their inclusion in agritech, fintech, and access to essential services through innovative digital solutions tailored to their needs.
