The proposal aims to design and develop a Generative AI-powered interactive support system for banking and insurance services in Hindi and Kannada regional languages. To provide a human-like conversational interface for customers to interact with banking and insurance services in their native languages. and to develop a Generative AI model that can understand and respond to customer queries in Hindi and Kannada languages.
