The project aims to design and develop an optical biosensor for detection of neonatal jaundice with following objectives: Synthesis, conjugation and characterization of quantum dots with standardized protocol. Prototype Development and validation of biosensor in laboratory conditions. Its Clinical validation of the biosensor in clinical conditions with standardized protocol. Improvise in prototype based upon clinical results if required.
