About

Traditionally, paddy husk is removed by winnowing and grains are sorted manually. Mohan has developed a machine to mechanize the task. The machine works on the principle of winnowing, sorting rice grains as complete grains, broken grains and black/inedible grains. It also separates husk and stones, and can be operated manually or using mechanical power. The manual machine costs Rs 6000/- and can process over 400 kg of rice per hour.

Benefits

Grain Sorting Machine speeds up rice processing.
It sorts 400 kg/hour into whole, broken & inedible grains, removing husk & stones. Choose manual (Rs. 6000) or mechanical power for efficient, high-quality grain separation & reduced waste.
