Soft Ferrites had been widely used in radio receivers, TV receivers, electronic instrumentations, telecommunications, etc. The technology for manufacture was developed at NPL, New Delhi and the Corporation has licensed the technology to number of industries. Theses companies have commercialised the process to a large number of companies. The electronic industry got the benefit of this development in seventies, when the Indian electronic industry was growing.
