Abstract
The invention relates to a novel condensate of amino resin with polysaccharide and/or polyphenol for industrial applications. More particularly, the invention provides a novel condensate of amino resin with polysaccharide and/or polyphenol, which is free from formaldehyde, an environmentally toxic component. It is envisaged to have enormous application in plastic, furnishing and leather industries as a potential eco-benign replacement to melamine - formaldehyde resins.
