IN309175: A process for the preparation of natural salt formulations for seawater substitution, mineral fortification
Abstract
The invention relates to a practical device for desalination of sub-soil brine in remote locations. More particularly, the invention relates to the production of drinking water from such brine using exhaust waste energy from diesel engines employed to pump the sub-soil brine for charging into solar pans for salt production. Still more particularly, the invention relates to a sustainable and standalone method of obtaining drinking/cooking water in an inexpensive manner utilising the resources available in the salt works itself.
