IN259671: A process for the preparation of ready-to-use cereal flakes coated with meat powder
Abstract
A process for the preparation of ready-to-use cereal flake coated with meat powder has been described. The process involves pre-coating to get maximum coating percentage, coating with meat powders and spices in a specific proportion, conditioning and dried under specific conditions to obtain ready-to-use cereal flake coated with meat powder. The product is sensorily well-accepted and shelf-stable at ambient temperature.
