IN290961: A process for the preparation of water-soluble amino acid conjugates of curcumin
Abstract
A process for the preparation of water-soluble Amino acid conjugate of curcumin: Amino-acid conjugates of curcumin are prepared by the process of invention by synthetic methodology that envisaged facile reaction of the N-protected (t-BOC) Amino acids with curcumin and included an improved accelerated protocol for the de-protection of f-BOC group to afford the formation of Amino-acid conjugates of curcumin. The yield of Amino-acid conjugates of curcumin as obtained by method is significantly high.
