The present invention relates to advanced cement free composition for concrete and panels useful in construction industry and the method of preparation thereof. Particularly the present invention relates to advanced cement free composition constituting Sea sand, Fly Ash, Seawater, NaOH and Na.sub.2SiO.sub.3 (sodium meta silicate). More particularly the present invention relates to advanced cement free composition for concrete and panels with comprehensive strength of 15 to 30 MPa and flexural strength of 1.5-3.0 MPa.
