The invention provides a device for uniform clamping of armoured cable in the cable gland comprising in combination: a main body having a hole to pass a cable, a middle platform being placed into the said main body, the said middle platform having a space for allowing a cable to pass through it and two number of slits for holding ring plates, a spindle being fixed at one corner by means of spindly guide at the top of the main body, the said spindle being threaded into spindle boss and provided by a handle at one end, two number of adjustable ring plates being provided over the said middle platform for holding a cable, a ring being placed over the said adjustable ring plates, a pair of clamper platform being provided in the opposite side walls of the said main body, a pair of adjustable cone clamper arms being provided on the said clamper platform and being kept over a cone for clamping a cone of a cable gland, two numbers of cable holders being provided at the bottom side of the said main body for holding and aligning the said clamper platform when a cable being fitted with the cable gland.
