The invention relates to advanced cement-free composition for concrete and panels useful in construction industry and the method of preparation thereof. Particularly this invention relates to advanced cement-free composition constituting Sea sand, Fly Ash, Seawater, NaOH and Na.sub.2SiO.sub.3 (sodium meta silicate). More particularly, the invention relates to advanced cement-free composition for concrete and panels with comprehensive strength of 15 to 30 MPa and flexural strength of 1.5-3.0 MPa.
