IN352939: Ricinoleic and dibasic acid based estolide esters useful as lubricant basestocks
A novel class of tetra and triesters are prepared by reacting ricinoleic acid methyl ester with dibasic acids (C6,8,io)- The carboxylic acid moiety present in triesters was esterified with different alcohols with varying chain length.
