Overview

Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL), a laboratory of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), is engaged in the research and development of advanced semiconductor materials and devices. Several solid-state devices being developed are Gunn, Schottky Barrier, IMPATT Diodes, etc.
