Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is a premier organisation of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), formerly established as Personnel Assessment Centre (PEACE) to cater for DRTC Cadre (Technical Staff) of DRDO. CEPTAM is entrusted with the recruitment of technical, administrative & allied categories of non-gazetted personnel, assessment of DRTC officers & staff, and facilitates training for the development of this cadre as per the Training Policy of DRDO.
