Biotechnology Career Advancement & Re-orientation Programme (BioCARe)

About

A remarkable initiative of the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, the Biotechnology Career Advancement and Re-orientation (BioCARe) Programme seeks to increase the involvement of Indian women scientists in biotechnology and related fields.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Indian female researchers may apply. 2. Women researchers who are working in any temporary positions may apply but have to leave their earlier assignment if a project is approved. 3. The applicant should be upto/below 55 years, as on the last date of the submission of the application. 4. Women Researchers who have completed Ph.D. in any discipline of Life Sciences or allied areas/interdisciplinary sciences/MD/MDS/M.V.Sc. 5. Women Researchers who have completed M.Tech in Biotechnology or allied areas/MPharma/equivalent Degree holders.
