Initiatives to help achieve gender equity, as our commitments under the national priority, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, and leveraged by Community Radio, are being re-oriented to raise the level of hand holding by the Department for longer duration than it is at present so that the infrastructure, facilities and manpower engaged in this noble endeavour could be utilized to its fullest.
