Innovation, development, and delivery programs based on science and technology (S&T) for the most vulnerable segments of society should attempt to address the issues in the livelihood system, which consists of human, natural, social, physical, and financial capitals (details in Annexure VII), including health in the context of rising aspirations and quality of life. Therefore, it is anticipated that the creation of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) Hubs will foster and guarantee the advancement, enhancement, and provision of suitable and pertinent S&T approaches for the inclusive social and economic development of the nation's Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe population. The STI Hubs should attempt to determine the strongest and weakest links in the livelihood system by using a bottom-up method to collect data. prevalent livelihood systems for social enterprise development and suitable STI interventions. It is important to try to capture various cultures' Indigenous Knowledge Systems and enhance them by incorporating cutting-edge technologies.
